4C Seminar 6: Guy Mullins

Finding and evaluating educational resources online can be challenging for teachers but with these videos and resources, 4C have made it simple! The next talk available is by Guy Mullins, a lecturer of new media from Arizona State who gives an online presentation about the methods and valuable sites you can access or download video files. Platforms like Youtube, ItunesU, Videolectures.net, Screencasting, the Open source teaching site and the internet archive are discussed in this excellent webinar.

guy mullins photoGuy Mullins is a Video Production and Integration Specialist with Information Technologys Instruction Support who has an in-depth knowledge of multiple information technology tools and processes which include: multimedia development; graphics and animation production; analog video integration; digital video production; and digital network video distribution. He has designed, installed, and utilized numerous multimedia production systems, analog & digital video workstations, and media presentation systems in a variety of academic applications and facilities.

 Guy has developed considerable knowledge in video production, graphics design and production for video application, 3D modeling & animation, multimedia technical support,multimedia production facilities design and implementation, and Internet applications development. In addition to acquiring and demonstrating in-depth and varied multimedia technical expertise, Guy has also developed extensive knowledge regarding the appropriate applications of various information technologies in teaching and learning environments. Guy’s research interests include effective interactive networked video integration, and human interface design and implementation
