Finding and evaluating educational resources online can be challenging for teachers but with these videos and resources, 4C have made it simple! Special thanks to Neil Bruton of 4CInitative for his help.

The 4C Initiative is a series of projects aimed at increasing digital content capacity for education on a global scale. By providing educators and learners with the skills to discover, use, create and share content with others in the learning community worldwide.

evaluating and downloading L.OsThe next talk available is by Dean Lodes who will discuss how to evaluate and download various learning objects and resources.

Dean is a multimedia developer and part time instructor at the Fox Valley Technical College, in Appleton Wisconsin. Since 2004 Dean has been working with a wide range of instructors to create learning objects and share them with the world. He is passionate about learning and sharing what he has learned along the way. Dean is also involved with WISC Online, the digital library of learning objects, run primarily by faculty from the Wisconsin Technical College.

    hi i am considering a few of my brightest pupils to the next conference but 4 out of 5 have Papyrophobia – pheobia of paper, so i was wondering if you could have Abrasive paper instead of the usual paper. thanks, Tina


    • Hi Tina,

      You are advised that if you register for the event online there is a box where you can insert any special requests you may require on the day. The festival will do its best to meet your requirements.
